If disclosures are available for download you will find them at the bottom of the page next to : "Agents only".
If disclosures are not present, you may contact Majestic Realty LLC at 248-394-0400 to request disclosures per fax.

For buyers with their own financing
most listings will include a bonus to the buyers agent for buyers that do not need our seller financing or our rent to own programs. Call for details : 248-232-8870 ext. 1

For buyers that apply for seller financing (land contract)
** you will receive standard commission as noted on the MLS.
* you must include a completely filled out application/pre-qualification form with your purchase agreement. The 4 page application can be found by going to "pre-qualify" in the menu,
or by clicking here.
Please familiarize yourself with our point system as it directly affect the interest rate on our land contracts.

for occupants that apply for rent-to-own
** you will receive reduced commission at the time of occupancy (you only need to fill out a set of papers with your tenant/buyer). When occupants execute their option to purchase you will receive full commission as noted on the MLS. In essence you get paid more for rent-to-own, the work is easier, but you will have to wait a bit longer to collect the total.
