Registration is not required for payments under $ 2,000.00. For higher payments you must register, or make multiple payments each lower than $ 2,000.

RESERVE a home for rent-to-own or lease-option

ANY of our rent-to-own homes can be reserved online for only $ 500.00. Once your payment is processed, the house will officially become "deal pending" and other prospects are effectively locked out.
Please do not submit a reservation unless you are serious. Reservation fee's are non-refundable since you are guaranteed to get the house. The only requirement is that you take possession and pay the remainder of the posted downpayment and first rent payment within 30 days of your reservation.

RESERVE a home for RENT TO OWN :

Make sure we have your correct contact information in order for us to give you confirmation of your reservation. Confirmation may take up to 24 hrs. if multiple reservations are active on the same house.
In the unlikely event that someone reserved the house just before you did, your full payment will be reversed without charges.
